FSGC is a Surrey-based company providing general landscaping, garden design and garden maintenance services since 2010. The company was looking to expand its client base across West London and Surrey with online marketing efforts.

The Challenge

The old website lacked the necessary information and it was quickly becoming dated. The visitors were not guided to take another step. The missing call-to-action buttons resulted in high bounce rates and lost business opportunities for the company. The company owner turned to us with a request to propose a complete rebrand, website redesign, copywriting and Google ads management.

The Solution

We created a new logo, a new colour palette, designed and built a completely new WordPress website and rewrote the messaging. We prepared, launched and manage several Google Ads campaigns and to improve the, we created dedicated landing pages for several campaigns based on different search queries.

The Result

The new website offers an improved web experience. It’s still day one, but the feedback received from the existing clients has been unanimously positive. It’s now easier for the visitors to navigate the website and they can find answers to their most frequent questions without having to contact the staff. The bounce rate has dropped significantly and and the average session duration doubled.
