I am humbled by the legions of writers and authors whose works I have devoured over the years in my quest for knowledge and understanding. The most powerful influences to my writing include nature, family, my menagerie of rescued animals, my children, my clients, audiences, travel, everyday life and especially my exceptional childhood growing up in the vineyards of Napa County.
