This is the best YouTube offering I've come across in ages. You just have to watch this proper Englishwoman defeat "The Bandit" again and again. The slo-mo bit at the end is just hypnotic.

It remonds me of the time that a 16 stone bully in full body armour tried to crush Gina by running at her and doing a body slam in Kendo.
Little Gina used a technique that pins her to the ground and the man literally bounced off her, went flying backwards and landed spreadeagled and dazed on the ground while Gina hadn't even moved an inch. It was *very* funny!
