Today many of our children and Young aults are not reading as they should.Many are too intuned with the technology and the fast past of the mordern world.Jk rowling broke the mle when she got everyone to star reading again,and to believe in Fairy tales.Now that Harry Potter is coming to a close who will Inspire our children to rad again??is it you?is it me? but some one needs tostep up to the plate.

All of you out there we all know that reading is very important, well I have one big problem.My younger Generation is not reading books anymore and it’s not like there is a shortage of books there just not reading. I am asking for help to get my Young generations reading.

Thanks to Jk and Harry Potter we saw that it can be done.I have written a book called Peter Carrot-top “In Search of the 8th key” by Yolanda Jackson. I want this book to be a success and I want my younger Generation to start reading more,and put down the cell phones and video games.

My Story

When I was in High School I could still not read or write that well, the teachers basically gave up on me, and said that there was nothing that they could have done.My Foster mom thought that I was mentally disable or something, but I know that I had to do something I wanted to prove to everyone that I was not dumb and something was wrong inside my head.everyday I kept reading and writing until I became much better than I was, I went from special education classes to regular classes, I was so happy and to make a long story short I prove my teachers wrong. and now I am the Author of two Novels Peter Carrot-top and Imaginary Friends.

Miracles do exisit and I am a living witness.to this day no one can tell me why I had such a hard time reading and writing.the only sad thing is that if I stop reading for a week or so,my brain goes back to the way it was when my teachers said that I was metally Challange.

My theory is that maybe(am not a doctor)is the fact that I never read when I was a child, and the fact that no one never readto me. The brain needs to grow so we have to feed it.

Well I am an Author now,andnot only do I need your support in buying my novels,but I want to get the word out about reading and how important it is.I know that I have the next Super Fantasy novel it’s going to take some time, but keep a look out for Peter Carrot-top and many more of my novels.
