If I am one who loves to travel the world over whenever I have the opportunity. I have many favorite cities but the one that springs to mind right now is Phnom Penh, Cambodia.  This place offers many things at quite an economical price.  They have beautifully polite people and a night life to die for. It is located between Thailand and Vietnam and is probably one of the best kept secrets of Asian tourist spots.
