Set in post-modern mid-America with flashbacks to the ‘60s, Diving for Carlos is a story that takes the taboo-breaking dimension of Native American trickster tales to the zenith and beyond. In this classic telling of the American myth, a haunted veteran rediscovers his hometown and makes peace with his own conflicted soul and poignant memories of people and places he has known.
