Tracy Carnes's Biography

Tracy Lea Carnes has appeared in her hometown magazine, SB Magazine, and nationally on The Huffington Post. She also was a finalist in the Chris Moore Challenge during the first season of HBO’s Project Greenlight with a 60 second video she wrote and produced. Her debut novel, Excess Baggage, offers up an inspiring and humorous glimpse at ulcerative colitis through the eyes of a 30 year old woman dealing with her diagnosis, its treatment and the complications it brings into her life. Currently she is hard at work on Understanding Polly, her first stage play, which will premiere in May 2010.
