You'll have to pardon any lack of nuance on my profile, I'm new to Red Room. Typically I tend to just hammer through life and learn as I go. However, here at Red Room I am using my best first date strategies. Moving slowly, observing, reading...I am very much enjoying just being able to be here.
I am also getting a grip on how to post, what to post -- my left foot goes where? On the third beat or the fourth? On my own blog, http://readtomlucas.com I pretty much post my poems, short fiction, sound files, videos, and musings. It's pretty loose. Here, I am being a bit more reserved, until said time I can unlock my braincage.
If you are curious, you'll find a few poems and other scribblings on the writing tab. I imagine the blog will be a bit more quiet, and most of my "posts" will actually be there. I'm mostly interested in getting to know this community and finding a nice little niche to nest in. Thanks for having me.
Turns out I picked a fancy place for my first date. Glad I brought my coat.
