"Hot highlander shifter in a vacation paradise meets an intelligent and feisty female were. Seriously, there could be no other plot point other than that and Terry would have a winner. Of course she adds in a mystery, some suspense, a whole lot of heat and sprinkled it with a few surprises in this " I could not put it down" read. I am kicking myself for not finding this series earlier. She has amazing lore, interesting and fun characters and my personal weakness, shifters. You do not need to have any background into her world in order to enjoy this novel. I never felt like I was missing out key information or that I was coming into the story part way through. I will be going back to read the rest of this series, though. Yummy Goodness, I tell you, Yummy Goodness."
