1st, I want to thank all veterans, today's, tomorrow's and yesterday's for their service to the country!! Two of my son's best friends are being deployed, another and he are in training right now, and I wish them all the best. The 4 boys represent all of the services...the oldest--Marines, the next oldest, Navy, the youngest, Army, and my son, AF.

But my family has a history of serving in the military--my mother, father (EX-POW of the Germans in WWII), grandfather (served as a doctor in WWI in Canada), my sister and I, a great grandfather served in Teddy Roosevelt's Rough Riders, another grandfather broke horses for the cavalry in WWI, and a MacNeill was in the Black Watch. My dad's young uncle died in a Japanese concentration camp in WWII. One of our ancestors was a German mercenary who came to fight the Patriots during the American Revolution, went AWOL, refusing to fight what he thought was a just cause, and ended up in Quebec where he and his sons served in the Militia.

So I salute our military on this Memorial Day!

Hmm, well nothing is cooperating for me this morning.

My computer crashed. Not sure what is wrong with it. My laptop's Word froze up. Not sure what's wrong with it. And now I can't get my pictures in the order I wanted. *sigh*

But I wanted to thank Donna for cheering me up this morning with a big bouquet of balloons and she even sent some of my wolves to wish me a happy birthday.

I added the wolf in human form! Hoping you all have a terrific Memorial Day today!

So what do you think? Is he wolfish enough??? Hmmm-hmm.

I'm thinking about pulling more weeds out of the garden, but at this rate, think I'll do something for fun!!!! :)
