Isn't he beautiful? And doesn't he look nice and cool? To be there with him now while we're still having 100+ heat would be so nice! A couple told me they were going to Scandinavia and I asked if I could go with them. :)
Today, I'm here talking about hot and spicy spaghetti! And about food in stories--is it important? :)

And Lynda did a lovely review of Seduced by the Wolf:

I can't believe half the month is almost over with. It's really going by quickly!!! Which is good because the cold weather will get here eventually. Like Dec. :)
I was telling my critique partners I wanted to go to Ely, MN to see the wolf sanctuary there, and one asked if they didn't have one in Texas. Texas? Wolves used to live here. Gray wolves and red wolves even. But a sanctuary? So I looked for one, love the Internet, and found one in Montgomery, Texas. It's about a 2 1/2 hour drive from me, so I asked my coworkers (the 2 that worked with me) if they wanted to go. Yes! Woohoo, we ought to make it a library educational training mission of some sort!
In any event, when we can decide on a Saturday to go, we're planning on it. :)
I still want to go to Ely! They have real programs, but I look forward to checking out the one in Montgomery, St Francis Wolf Sanctuary, where they take care of wolves and wolf dogs who have been in captivity and need a good home. My daughter said she could just see me falling in love with a wolf, bringing it home, and it eats me.
Okay, so she's not getting into the spirit of wolves like she should! LOL :)
And she's right about one thing, I probably will want to take them home with me, the whole kit and kaboodle. Mainly because I love animals. I even wanted to take Dumbo home with me. But then again... I didn't want to take an elephant home, just one that looked and acted like Dumbo! :)
Have a super Tuesday!!! And think good wolf thoughts!
