Heart of the Wolf is already in its second printing, and it looks like Destiny of the Wolf will be so soon. :)
In other news, RWA's national conference, which I have only been able to attend twice over the past several years, was scheduled to meet in Nashville, and I was all set to go. First literacy signing for me (all proceeds to go to literacy). First Sourcebooks signing (free autographed books). I was so excited. Then the devastating floods happened.
My heartfelt condolences to everyone in the affected areas, which reminded me of being in the Houston area when a tropical storm hit and circled for several days, and watching on the news while people were actually plucked from trees and rooftops.
I hadn't realized how bad it was in Nashville until we got the notice that the Gaylord had canceled all reservations, and the next notice that the conference was canceled for there.
But it's being held in Orlando, and it's a weekend that I can go!!!
And I'm nearly done with Heart of the Highland Wolf. I have another scene to write, have to go over the whole mss and check for any inconsistencies and it's done! :)
Then it's on to working on Dreaming of the Wolf. And I'm excited about telling Jake's story!
But for now, back to Highlanders!!! Oh, and I so wish that I could be Julia when she goes to a book signing. *sigh*
Have a super wonderful fun Thursday!!!
