Repentance is not a choice. Regret neither. So why make a fuss?

Guilt, regret, repentance.. The circumstances we have no control over that place us within such states of mind and action are orchestrated for one purpose, one purpose only - the development of our souls towards greater inner freedom and harmony.

Everything occurs for our best even the bad moments we suffer through or unfortunately inflict upon others.

I believe that the nature, the identity of who we are is unchangeable and this put together with the positive evolutionary nature of our universe makes our life experiences predetermined.

So let go to the needs of the power that is you and the forces that surround us and accept the learning and the suffering for there is really nothing to do about it except go with the flow.
