Last week, after a frustrating attempt to shape her own brows, India-Jewel posted a beauty poll to find out your brow grooming habits, and we learned that a lot of you do it yourselves. Because we couldn’t leave you hanging, we enlisted celebrity brow guru Suzie Moldavon, whose eclectic roster of clients includes Lady Gaga, Vampire Diaries' Candice Accola, and Meghan McCain, to share her pointers for getting perfect brows at home.

First off, put down your tweezers and give your brows at least two weeks to grow, like Kate did. Three things you can do to get you through it: 1) Rely on your eyebrow pencil or powder, 2) Tweeze around the marked areas to clean up eyelids and areas that will not be part of your new brow shape, and 3) Use a pink highlighter pencil to disguise hair growth under the brow.
