Suzanne Frischkorn is the author of Girl on a Bridge (2010), and Lit Windowpane, (2008), both from Main Street Rag Publishing. In addition she is the author of five chapbooks, most recently American Flamingo, (2008). Her poems appear in numerous literary journals and anthologies including Ecotone, Indiana Review, MARGIE, Poet Lore, Verse Daily, and Conversation Pieces: Poems That Talk to Other Poems, part of the Everyman's Library Pocket Poet Series (Knopf, 2007). She has new poems forthcoming, or in the current issues of Barn Owl Review, Copper Nickel, North American Review, PALABRA, Printer's Devil Review, Puerto del Sol and the anthologies Because I Told You So: Poems on the Happiness and Crappiness of Parenthood (Aortic Books) and Fire On Her Tongue: An eBook Anthology of Contemporary Women's Poetry (Two Sylvias Press). A 2009 Emerging Writers Fellow of The Writer's Center her honors also include the Aldrich Poetry Award and an Artist Fellowship from the Connecticut Commission on Culture & Tourism.
