TODAY IS WHO'S THE GOLD DIGGER WEDNESDAY

My mother is soooo hilarious, and has much wisdom. She has heaps of stories, riddles and rhymes to relate to much misinterpretation of women and men. We were candidly talking about “GOLD DIGGERS” in reference to woman pursuing men for money “especially older men.” She said “I’m sick of folk talking that mess, calling woman GOLD DIGGERS, when in fact the men are the ones that are digging for women gold. And many of times when they find it they don’t want to purchase it, they just keep coming back to dig for free.

It’s just a darn shame how these woman just keep giving away their gold for free! The sad thing about DIGGING GOLD is most of these women that keep letting these fools dig for free think they got the best gold. See because all whilst he digging that’s what he’s saying. Women need to know when gold is free the man will keep digging and saying it’s the best gold he ever found.

This is my thang, if your gold is the best, why doesn’t he take you out and show case you to everyone his church, family, friends, and co-workers? I can answer that, cause the only time he want to dig for the gold is at night time, and ain't no real man just digging for gold at night, because he know it ain't no telling what kind of gold he might get.

I believe this is one of the many reasons why folk don’t want to get married anymore. I guarantee you this, if women stop letting the men dig for their gold for free, they’ll start paying with courtship then marriage. Did you know that some women have given away a quarter million dollar worth of gold, because they didn’t know what it was worth? And many times she doesn’t even know whose digging for what.

The next time someone say so and so is a GOLD DIGGER you say “no you got this messed up, the man is the GOLD DIGGER, because the woman has the gold, surely she can’t dig, and if he wants some of her gold, he should make a purchase first. Only if women knew that they were walking gold mines.

TODAY IS WHO'S THE GOLD DIGGER WEDNESDAY

Amen and Amen.  You are absolutely right.  You placed it in the proper perspective.  A thought that comes to mind is "Who is Zooming Who" a part of a song I believe that Aretha Franklin sang, if it wasn't her, it was someone back when.  I always say, when a woman gives up herself she has given away her all.  Why do I say this "because a man will travel for miles to receive-get it."  Once we stop to realize how precious it (our body) is and you so wonderfully stated it, "Did you know that some women have given away a quarter million dollar worth of gold, because they didn’t know what it was worth? And many times she doesn’t even know whose digging for what." then just maybe perhaps we will wait for the ring.  One of the rappers sang "No Ringie, No Dingie."  I totally agree once the light came on.  Let's pray the light comes on for women (females) of all ages.

Thanks for this writing today Ms. Susie, you are an Awesome Writer and you never cease to amaze me with what comes out of your brillant mind~
