TODAY IS STEADY-READY THURSDAY
This expression means to be stable and prepared for what is in your presence. It is only fair that I write of myself first, and then write candidly about last night debate. Whenever I give presentations I mentally prepare myself to be STEADY-READY. According to many professionals I do very well, however they all seem to agree, that when I loose my ground "so to speak" I make the biggest mistake of apologizing. The problem with me apologizing is it establishes that I’m not competent in what I’m presenting. I’m finding out the easiest tool for me to apply when this happens is to entertainingly say something so STEADY-READY can return unto me.
As I watched the debate last night I was wondering why our President wasn’t STEADY-READY. As the Holy Spirit dealt with me, I then understood just because your STEADY-READY doesn’t mean its truth. Hold up wait a minute! As I’ve stated many times I’m a Democrat and Republican I sway according to the five W’s of my life (who, why, when, where, and what.) Therefore when I voice my strong opinion I will in no way be bias, for this would be utterly against my belief system.
Surely if you’ve watched many debates as many of us have, in no way can we argue “the President did an excellent debate.” This would define one to be either ignorant or just foolish concerning debates. Moreover in no way can we argue “Mitt Romney did a horrible job this would also define one as being ignorant or foolish concerning debates. In all sincerity Mitt Romney was STEADY-READY. He did an awesome business centered-debate. I mean really his debate was geared toward governing the country as a business.
As I absorbed myself into the debate, I notice right off hand the President wasn’t STEADY-READY! It seemed as though something before the debate had shaken his STEADY-READY. This is only one of my assumptions; surely it could’ve been something else. Mitt on the other hand was STEADY-READY as he had been when he made the shewed, prejudice comments about the (47%) forty-seven percent of Americans. I could go on and on about his contradicting statements, lies, deceit, however it would only be what wisdom has already unveiled about him. Nevertheless he was STEADY-READY.
I also noticed several very important factors about our President, as well as Mitt. Although the President body (swag) language was calm, he was disengaged, his eyes were uninteresting, and he was defiantly few for words. In contrast, Mitt, body (swag) was vigorous, he was engaged, his eyes were arrogant, and he was defiantly fruitful with his words. Funnily Mitt was doing an excellent “lying” job. And the President wasn’t doing much of either. I said to my mother “something strangely is happening with our President. He best to stay focus and when Mitt mentions his short-comings as President, I’m hoping he’ll mention Mitts (47%) which was an unveiling of his character, as well as the business man in which he is. As you may know by now, I’m not a Mitt (candidate) fan at all. According to my five W’s I have all the reasons not to be.
In all sincerity it taken me some time to become a Obama fan, a couple of months before I decided to vote for him all of my W’s were clearly defined to reasons why I considered necessary for Barack Obama to be our President. More than anything I applied the who “which at the time he was the “WHO” follower of Jesus Christ” according to the by laws of his former church. Also the “WHY” he is very concerned with “we the people” as an entity working together for the good of everyone. The “WHEN” he was going to make changes that we could experience right away “he did”. The “WHERE” lowering taxes, health-care, education, energy, housing market, auto industry, terrorism, etc all would be revised. The “WHAT” wall streets, banks, taxes for the rich, fraudulent practices, etc would all be accountable for the chaos are country is experiencing. The President measured up to all of my expectations according to my W’s. “The words of those who do right benefit many people. But those who are foolish die because they have no sense.” (Proverbs 10:21 NRIV). Please allow me to paraphrase. “The words of those who are honest will prevail in their virtue which will profit the people. But those who are stupid die to this world because they have no good judgment when virtue is pleasing for them.” Hopefully everyone will be STEADY-READY to join me on tomorrow for Part 2.
