Today is (BUBBLING OVER THUSDAY.)
This expression is exclaiming that something is brooding internal and now its spilling over. That would be me! I've been BUBBLING OVER since yesterday. “Why!” you may ask. According to many historians and biblical factors my Jesus headed to the cross "betrayed/beaten" for me on a Wednesday, over two-thousand years ago. “Okay our Jesus.” Calm down, I'm very much aware that I can't have him by myself. Strangely I sometimes unconsciously forget to plural him to everyone else.
First of all this is 1 of 2 blogs.... I just didn't want you to become overwhelmed. And I wanted to give you time to research some of the information for yourself. Don't worry, the Holy Ghost will assist you in finding just what you need. “I will never forsake you or leave you.” (Jesus). As I was thinking about what possibly occurred the week Jesus was crucified. I became sadden, and simultaneous I began to BUBBLE OVER. I mean honestly its hard not to display the emotion of saddens when one thinks on the depth of the Crucifixion. Then again its hard not to BUBBLE OVER with excitement when one thinks about the resurrection. Nevertheless I prefer to BUBBLE OVER, more than I prefer to be sadden. Although both are needed at various times in ones life. I must say the Crucifixion reminds me, that God loves me more than anything “heaven or earth.” For goodness sake He ransom his only son (Jesus) for me. The Resurrection reminds me that I am free, there is no one heaven or earth that can accuse me, condemn me, or cast me off. I am eternally safe with my God. I'm BUBBLING OVER.
Lets ponder for a moment. Our God secured our past, presence, and future wrongs. I know there are many naysayers, ignorant, and prideful folk that deny the deity of Christ, therefore its of no shock that they would deny the death, burial, and resurrection. Too many of us become bogged down with what the world acclaims happened to our Jesus. When in fact the world only has the worlds intellect to define the place, date, time, scene, etc. Listen my friends there is much speculation out there, but be encouraged today for the truth has arrived for all those that inquire.
Lets briefly discuss some of the misconceptions concerning the day of the Crucifixion. Some say “Wednesday” others say “Thursday” the majority which is the Church say “Friday.” My friends I've found some discrepancy about the days, which is irrelevant to me, considering HE IS RISEN, and I'm BUBBLING OVER. However for the many of you who refuse to research for yourself, allow me to assist you with a little information and just maybe you'll explore it for yourself in great deail "especially if its relevant to you."
Their was a time the Jews didn't accredit time as we do, for example the (24) hour span was from 6:00pm sunset till 6:00pm sunset the next day. We must not forget there were many “Sabbath” to observe. Also we must take into careful consideration that John said “six days prior to passover Jesus was in Bethany.” (John 12:1). Another thing we must be (100) hundred percent sure that Jesus was the risen Messiah, and surely he knew the difference in sunrise and sunset. “Jesus replied, “There are twelve hours of daylight every day. (John 11:9). Ask yourself “wasn't this Jesus presence when God divided the day from the night?” “And God said, “Let bright light appear in the sky to separate the day from the night. They will be signs to mark off the seasons, the days, and the years.” (Genesis 1:14). Lets be reminded that Jesus said “He would rise from the dead after three days. (Mark 8:31). Since God split the day in half, surely Jesus knew the meaning of (3) three-days. Lets digest, and continue tomorrow. (SLH).
