Its a beautiful morning, colourful and bright, fragrance and hope! The morning FB chat began with a lovely quote sent my way......"Make your life a rose that speaks silently the language of fragrance, bcoz it is only in the depth of silence that u can hear ur heart's voice....Good morning!--"
Lovely thought and a meaningful quote indeed! But the sender had nothing more to discuss on it other than copy paste it. I tried to pick a conversation in vain based on the quote. Not all are articulate; a thinking mind would naturally strive to delve into deep layers and try to analyse it based on one's own perception thus try to understand others views too.
The same quotes made me think and quote that..."Intelligence lies in ones ability to perceive in directions varied to try to reach and understand others perception."
When I shared the same quote and my perception of the same, the response from a doctor friend was that he not only agreed to it but also contributed by saying, " Only an intelligent brain can see directions varied and find or make its own way!"
His analysis caught my attention and the chat continued in a lighter tone, circling around daily trifles. Recent events had put me in a dilemma regarding continuing my work. I am undecided about going to school tomorrow and I told him while my right leg wanted to move forward my left leg held me back and I am in a quandary.
A doctors analysis in biological terms is quite catchy . He said. " The right side is stimulating centre and the left is inhibition centre. Although the inhibition centre is more important than the stimulating centre, but in your case, let the left side lead you for the time being."
I liked his biological explanation filled with wisdom.
I told him although I had lost my ego a couple of years ago, I noticed that the layer of confidence had become raw. Though I felt lighter but simultaneously noticed that I had nothing to say of self to others which gave others a chance to impose their worthless ideas or thoughts on me.
He responded saying that is why it is said that " Duniya mei sab khane kho baitthe hain, zara si susti dikhayi, ki kisi ne harap liya."
The exact translation of it would be that everyone sits down for lunch and if you are lazy, the food is snatched from you. Though the meaning of this saying is quite subtle.
Well ..."An idle mind is a thinker's workshop!" One thought or the other keeps churning in the process of analysis trying to reach the depths of understanding.
While I was still in the process of trying to reach the depths of thoughts, another chat came by; an old chat acquaintance, claiming that I was in his thoughts all through the night, without any reason. He asked me why I was chasing him in his thoughts . He persisted that my thoughts revolved and disturbed him so much that he could hardly sleep for three hours, and in the three hours that he could manage to sleep, I came in his dream and mumbled something in his ears so softly that he could not hear. He demanded to know what was it that I said in his dream.
While as far as I know I was busy wallowing over the injustice done to me at the work front. Now how can explain my predicament here?
I smiled unto self and said that he should stop living in his dreams. hmmm!
He left saying that he should turn his dreams to life! "Keep coming to my dreams!" I smiled at his perception!
Well each to his perception!
