What Does Neolithic Mean?
Blog Post by Suellen Ocean - Jan.04.2013 - 11:38 am
Neolithic pertains to the late Stone Age, the era when humans began domesticating animals and using polished stone tools and weapons before bronze and iron. Cultural advances during the Neolithic period were the making of pottery, weaving linen and agricultural achievements such as cultivating fruit trees and grain. A neolith is a stone tool, weapon, etc. from this period. Suellen Ocean is the author of the historic novel The Celtic Prince available at Ocean-Hose.
