In a dispute with a publisher a few years back they attempted to say I had not fulfilled a contract even though they paid me . . . for services provided by me only to be paid after I provided the services, so I told them: "The fact that I have fulfilled the requirements of our contract is not a contemplated possibility, but rather an accomplished past act." Which it was, which was why I prevailed. Imagine if I was not delusional!
