Stephanie Morris, Ph.D.'s Biography

I have been a poet since childhood, a creative writer throughout my life, and more recently I wrote a dissertation. My dream has been to be a writer living in a cabin in the mountains, a recluse of sorts. I am extroverted and outgoing, yet the idea of hiding away to write is very appealing to me. I do my best writing at night when the sky is dark and all is quiet. There is something very peaceful about knowing my daughter is tucked in bed, and I am free to express.  I am learning how to write in daylight. I am also learning that my dream is very possible and that only I can make it happen. I have the desire, passion, and ability and now I am working on believing in myself and making my dream come true.
