It's the "write-a-thon" idea from last July 2007

someone else has posted a 'write-a-thon' idea, similar, but really different

I think I posted first, but does it matter ... maybe we can just call my idea "Think-A-Thon" .. because really, any form of art starts with thought, or feeling, then thought .. then more feeling, and more thoughts ...

also this week, I was reminded ... being an artist does not involve a nice straight line, where things go along swimmingly and "tasks" and goals are accomplished heartily ...

not so .. to be an artist is to go UP and DOWN and ALL around .. and back again .. and to feel pain, and highs, sometimes real, sometimes imagined, and joy ...  and then later on,  bawl your eyes out ...

I admire every single artist for their courage ... and I wish you all the very best July and August .. I'm off to enjoy the site, I really love it .. all the best to you .. Sia
