I was never a good man in everybody’s eyes

They said I should never be given a chance

And so I lost hope from what I’ve done

But then I heard the Savior’s name

They said Jesus is the name!

I was confused if I should believe,

But the power of your words made me kneel

I cried out loud for you came here for me

I never thought that someone loves me

Lord God Jesus you made me whole once more,

So I’ll be with you forevermore!

I was once lost in this world

Walking in the streets of dead

I thought I was okay, until you came

And then they said, He’ll change your way

They said Jesus is the name!

And He is the only King that should be served

For He have died for us to be saved

For He is the only hope and the friend who healed

And when you are lost, just call his name

Always remember, Jesus is the name!
