DEATH SENTENCE 

If I were told that I was going to die

And only had a short time left to live -

You'd stay beside me, hold my hand, so I

Would have the love and comfort you could give.

You'd try to fill my heart with so much love

There wouldn't be much room for doubt and fear

-And all the dreams that I'd been dreaming of,

You'd help condense into a single year.

You'd tell me that you love me, hold me tight

-Whenever I was lonely, let me call

-You'd give me hugs, come see me through the day

-And hold me very close throughout the night...

I think perhaps I'm dying after all

-For I was told that I would live today.
