Sherrill S Cannon's Biography

>I am a former teacher and the author of four rhymed children’s stories, Peter and the Whimper-Whineys, Santa’s Birthday Gift and The Magic Word and "Gimme-Jimmy" by Sherrill S. Cannon.   Six of my children's plays, Have You Seen My Little Lamb?, The King's Spell, The Wonderful World of Weather, When You Wish Upon a Star...fish, "ABC December" and "WE Have Character" are published by Lazy Bee Scripts (the last three of which are co-authored by Kerry E. Gallagher).   In addition, I also have written several published poems. I am a magna cum laude graduate of The American University in Washington DC, and in addition to teaching and tutoring, have been a, photographer, publicist, stage manager, and a business administrator.  I am now retired, if one can call an author “retired”!
