Conflict is necessary for development and growth especially when you are accepting something new into your life. Making decisions for change takes planning and courage to act on that plan. A strong will is required to see things through. If you are not creating a conflict of some sort in yourself, you are probably daydreaming and not really interested in seeing your desires manifest. Curiously, by not creating a personal conflict, you are automatically creating one by your not taking control of your destiny. This is not a play on words. It is a stark reality and why most people are confused, tired, and distraught. They do not have the courage to act. The extent of the conflict depends upon the intensity with which you desire change.
Nothing comes without intense desire. Goals can be realized with complete and total commitment to the work to be done if you accept attainment, with passion, before you start. You cannot wish for something and expect it to happen. Regardless of the law of averages that may bring sudden fortune, you cannot expect anything to come to you except through perseverance of the ideal. And it is not done through willpower. Repeat. It is not done through willpower. Think about the things you tried to get done by sheer force of will but did not because you ran out of “willpower.”
Willpower is detrimental to your well being in mind, body, and spirit. The amount of effort and energy you put into something through sheer force of will must in time produce a rubber band effect and snap you back to other realities. Usually it is too late to do anything about the ulcers, chronic indigestion, or any of the other emotional, psychic and physical prices you will have to pay, such as divorces, kids that hate you, and friends who are no longer friends. In time, no matter how strong you think you are, you will have to let your guard down in order to replenish your strength. If you constantly drive yourself to delirium, you will be unable to enjoy the fruits of your work because of the constant pressure to attain, sustain, and maintain the goal.
The only way to accomplish anything is to let it accomplish itself aided only with a perseverance of desire. Accepting your greater good includes not driving yourself crazy. Let go of your fears, doubts, and other insecurities by letting the object of your desire come into your life with ease and grace. You only have to accept something as yours by your Divine Right to Live in Joy and Freedom and not caring from where it comes from. Maintain the courage of your convictions and proceed with passion regardless of the appearances of failure. Refuse to accept any form of defeat or delay no matter how many times it may occur. Keep at it until you get it right because if you are sincere in your desire, that desire must manifest. The actual workings of the creational aspect and completeness of the desire must be left to a higher intelligence – the Spirit of the Thing Itself and that the desire is brought to bear through faith OF the thing itself in you, as you, and through you. You must accept the idea that defeat is not acceptable. By continuing to work with Self-Revealization Acceptance, you will have what you want. Be it, have it, and enjoy it!
