Intuition is that “thing” or feeling that sends messages to you, presumably from your inner self which you should pay attention to, but usually do not because of a fundamental lack of trust in your self. The value of intuition is overlooked for the very fact that it is not trusted. Webster defines intuition as “the power or faculty of attaining to direct knowledge or cognition of something without evident rational thought or inference.” Without evident rational thought or inference” is the key and suggests a higher state of consciousness. Although having is a natural state of being, your intuition must still be developed and trained in order for you to be comfortable with it at all times. Ignoring these signals causes your sense of self to shut down and to only appear during dire times. But because you have not developed trust in your “self”, these signals will more than likely be disregarded as well. If you decide at a later time that you should have listened to your inner voice, it is usually too late and you may have already made the wrong decision. But with all things, it can be rectified with the proper and correct Self-Revealization Acceptance.
Reflect on the things that you intuitively felt you should have, or not have done. Are the reasons you did not do these things realistic in terms of your not having done them? What was the result of not listening to your intuitions? Who or what did you blame afterwards? These are important questions to ask yourself. Introspective examination of your motives will reveal anything holding you back from expressing your life's desires from an intuitive and tangible perspective.
Whatever it was that you did, or did not do, may have cost you more than necessary by your not listening to your intuition. Perhaps you felt the action you were taking was not in complete harmony with everyone involved. Perhaps you were worried about relationships with people you were involved with. It is possible that you feared the result of your decision turning your life upside-down, bringing along with it, imaginary negative conditions. Would you do the same thing again? Why or why not?
You already have all the intuition you need, and all the intuition there is, but you have to accept it into your life with conviction and belief. Self-Revealization Acceptance helps you attain this reality. No matter how much you may want to do something, by ignoring intuition, you are bound to make the wrong decision. An instant Self-Revealization Acceptance for intuition could be, “I heed my intuition!” and “I am my intuition!” You must train yourself to respond because of all the times in the past when you disregarded it. Discipline is needed to incorporate it into your life as a permanent factor of self-trust by building up a belief in your own sovereignty, your own Divine Perfection. Accept yourself for what you are and proceed to live your life with your Divine Right to Live in Joy and Freedom!
