My Sleep Is Undisturbed

I look back upon my day and consider all of the events that I involved myself with. When I find certain things unappealing to my conscience, I fix the attitude in my mind to not permit anything like it to occur again by creating a Self-Revealization Acceptance to reinforce my decision. Knowing that the Spirit of the Thing Itself immediately responds to my desire, I am secure in knowing that I can rest easy and that I have done nothing that cannot be rectified regardless of the intensity of any situation that has transpired. With this attitude and this opinion of myself I am able to retire comfortably without stress or strain that will keep me from a good night‘s sleep. Should I happen to awake during the night for any reason and the events of the past are still bothering my soul, I will instantly recreate the necessary Self-Revealization Acceptance to alleviate the condition in its entirety knowing full well and having the belief that my words carry the authority and wisdom required to correct matters, I enable myself to go back to sleep. I maintain this attitude constantly and know that whatever may have occurred in the past that interferes with my peace of mind and composure is instantly relieved of any authority and disappears into the oblivion from where it came. When I lie down in my bed I focus on a good night's sleep by repeating the demand to me to comply and my consciousness and knowing that it immediately concurs. I thank the Creative Power of the universe for the intelligence and the compassion of Itself in my life empowering me to live my life by My Divine Right to Live in Joy and Freedom. I am further unrestricted by the influences of anything that will create disharmony in my life. I grant myself the power and authority to maintain this as so regardless of any conditions that may have existed prior to my acceptance of a complete and freedom filled good night's sleep.
