San Francisco has been rocked by an attack bird. The assailant, which has been described as a “small black bird” by eyewitnesses, has been attacking people on Front Street between California and Sacramento. This morning a sizeable crowd gathered on California to watch the angry bird flying both to and fro, harassing pedestrians.
The bird attacks could have turned deadly if it weren’t for a brave panhandler warning people away. “Watch out!” the man said to this reporter, holding his cup out for spare change. “There’s a bird in that tree and he’s attacking people!” The tree in question is about ten feet high. The bird didn’t attack this reporter. But it could have. Alfred Hitchcock could not be reached for comment.
