I was born in Los Angeles, but grew up 371 miles north of the City of Angels in Berkeley, California. A graduate of Castlemont high school in Oakland, California, "Hurrah Knights," I concentrated in math and science. I first majored in engineering after high school and while working for a major Oakland based engineering company I decided that engineering was not going to continue to be my occupational livelihood. I completed a BS in business at the University of San Francisco and began a career in Human Resources Management. Later I completed my MBA requirements at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California. I am currently the Director of Human Resources for The Montague Company, a prestigious company that has been in business in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than 155 years. However, in January of 2013, I will leave the Company to continue writing full time.
YESTERDAY'S RAIN: Legend of the Blue Buffalo.
YESTERDAY'S RAIN is my premier murder mystery/suspense novel covering a family, a journey of 1450 miles and a span of twenty-eight years beginning in 1920. The addition of a powerful and vengeful, Native American spirit, the Blue Buffalo, a.k.a. Hatoa'e Éota'távo adds an additional mystique and suspense to the story.
I'm thrilled about YESTERDAY'S RAIN being published and excited by the great reviews and feedback that I have received from readers. The sequel to YESTERDAY'S RAIN, A VIOLENT STORM : Return of the Blue Buffalo is scheduled to be published in 2013.
