One has to be ready for it.
To speak it, to hear it and to embrace the truth.
One has to dig deep to find the words.
To come face to face with the emotions and then pluck them out.
Telling oneself the truth is not always easy.
You have to be courageous enough to admit bad and ugly, not just the good stuff.
Truth comes in all forms, shapes and sizes.
It can even be hard to find!
When you find it, no sifting or filtering.
You have to take what comes to surface.
Truth needs to be acknowledged, not buried.
If it’s messy, it needs to get cleaned up.
If there is any hope that truth will set one free then why not?
Give it a shot! What have you got to lose?
If it works then what a great liberation of the spirit!
Truth is at it’s best when discovered and not dictated upon by someone else.
