I am a Journey fan!

The highlight of my summer holiday was attending the closing night of the SF International Film Festival.

Don’t Stop Believin’:  Everyman’s Journey played at the Castro Theater and the entire Journey band showed up!

Ramona Diaz, the director is proudly Filipino just like Arnel Pineda.  Being a Filipino myself, I felt honored and privileged to be present that evening.

What a remarkable story of hope and dreaming big!

Against all odds where a breakthrough seemed unlikely, it’s amazing how perseverance can turn a life around.

I sat through the movie with a big smile on my face.  Not only was I enjoying the music, I thought to myself… anyone can dream big!

Maybe the chances of turning a dream into reality are slim but it’s still nice to dream big.

Can’t miss this one if you’re a journey fan!
