River Teeth: A Journal of Nonficiton Narrative
"Sarah Wills" is an essay about a woman I met when I was in college forty-five years ago. The story is about how I met Sarah, how we fell in love, how I abdandoned that love and how, nevertheless, we stayed in each other's lives through the years. It's an essay of looking back, of regret, of melancholy. It's a story of first love.
