The Endless Rows of Bottled Water.

The endless rows of bottled water...... Why? What have we done? Why can we not drink the water that was first meant for our drinking? What happened.

These questions I have so often asked myself. I think of our explorations of the red planet we now call "Mars." I wonder, were we there once? Is the truth of our existence on earth actually because we destroyed a planet once before? History is said to repeat itself. Has it? I wonder, if millions of years, perhaps billions,....I wonder did humans inhabit that planet that is now an atmosphere filled with carbon dioxide? Was there once a warning that we were destroying our planet? Were there skeptics there too, that said "Global Warming" was just a marketing ploy?

As a teenager I remember water coming out in bottles you could buy in the store. I laughed. I couldn't imaging why anyone in their right mind would not just turn on a faucet and drink. Yet now, I stare at my faucet and think to myself, "no way am I drinking that."

As a teenager I remember the recommended SPF on suntan lotion to be a lowly number of "8." Now I read that the recommendation is 70+. Good Lord it's only been 30 years.

The skeptics.....you know the ones.....the ones who have stock in oil, or stock in automobile manufacturing, or stock in anything science warns about being dangerous....yeah those people.....the skeptics say that throughout history there has always been Global Warming, followed by ice ages. Oh really? And was the water contaminated with hundreds of millions of gallons of crude oil then too? Did the progression of acid rains happen as fast back then as it's happening now.

Endless rows of bottled water. Plastic.....being melted in factories that are polluting our atmosphere, to later contain that precious water we need to survive......talk about a paradox.

What happens when this planet becomes red? Where do we go then?

Oh those endless rows of bottled water............
