Influences
There is no specific influence as such, but I must say it is a sort of mixed influences. I have been active in the area of poetry, especially short poetry, haiku and tanka, for the last three decades. However, professionally I have been concerned with English language teaching, especially for science and technology. I have also been teaching Literatures in English at postgraduate level. So, there has been a good exposure to various writers from the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and of course, India.
