My thoughts for the week . . .
I was saddened to hear about the news of the death of Jett Travolta, son of
actors John Travolta and Kelly Preston. I was equally saddened to hear about the
news about the attacks on their religion. As a Christian, I believe the best way to
have to a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ is through devoting oneself to
Christianity. However, that does not mean that God does not recognize other religions
or love His children any less because they are not part of my religion. I'm including
another link to a youtube video with a prayer for them:
Also, if you notice under the articles section, I have reposted some of my favorite
short stories that I have written over the past two years. As promised, I will be
posting far fewer links to news articles and writing more blog entries myself, which
means less posting but that will also give readers the opportunity to relish more.
I was going to ask people to pray for me, as I'm going through some really
challenging times but instead, I'm going to ask everyone to pray for the world,
as there are some people out there that don't believe in God and are not respecting
His name. These atheists want to rule the world but the only thing we can really do
for people like them is pray for them and for peace everyone, particularly in the
Middle East. With that said, I wish everyone to have a blessed week!
Until Next Time,
