It's a bit of a hazy and extremely humid Monday in beautiful Corfu Greece. Its the type of sky that tells you a storm is on the way and one that is sure to last a few days. Back in the tennis days I knew I wouldn't be working for a few days and I'd probably be mad as hell about it but now that I'm semi-retired I really don't care if it rains or not.
1). I came to Greece to teach tennis and now that I'm not doing that any longer I wonder to myself just what in the world am I still doing here!
2). The tragic death of boxing legend Hector "Macho" Camacho really stung me. Its always sad whenever someone who basically had it all go and throw it away like he did.
3). The battle of New York City begins tonight in Brooklyn when the New York Knicks square off with the New Jersey Brooklyn Nets. The Knicks are going to hammer that team.
4). I think something big is going to happen around here this week!
5). Whenever I see someone compare a rookie professional athlete with a legend I want to scream. It diminshes the legends accomplishments and places unfair expectations on the rookie.
6). On todays show I predicted that on January 7th 2013 the University of Georgia will win the NCAA National Championship. Sorry Notre Dame fans.
7). Fantasy Football sucks.....scratch that. It should read I suck at Fantasy Football!
Have a great Monday everyone!!
