Many books have been written on the subjects of anxiety and panic.  Members of the medical profession have written most of them.  The information obtained from these books is educational, informative, and stems from years of study, research and medical practice methodology.

Journey to Peace takes an entirely different approach.  Written by a lay person with years of experience in dealing with anxiety, it is intended to show a clearer perspective.

Readers will not find an in-depth definition or explanation of these conditions.  Instead, practical steps to deal with anxiety are presented in a clear, concise, easy to read format. 

These twelve steps took shape through many years of practicing different techniques, reading about and studying the subject, and personal experiences of the author.  Each of these steps plays a role in reducing the physical, mental, and emotional effects of stress, anxiety, and panic.

This book is written to reach out and help others that experience symptoms of anxiety and panic.  It is my greatest expectation that this book has come to fruition in order to reach those that will benefit from it the most.
