     As your reading this American's are fighting on the front lines.  The brave men and women of our military are serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.  First Responders are protecting lives on the home front, and everyday millions of hard working Americans are fighting tough economic conditions. From the beginning and throughout our history the United States was built, prospered and defended by its working people. Men and women of all different races, ages and ethnic backgrounds.  Unbelievably tough, and resilient,  the  blood and sweat of American working people built our industry, infrastructure, and keep us safe from disaster, both natural and man-made. However over the last several decades our country has become overweight, out of shape and unhealthy. It should come as no surprise that with this decline in the fitness, and health of our citizens,  there is an almost exact parallel time line of a weakening in our national economic strength.  For at its core any nation is only as strong as its working people.

       For 28 years as a United States Marine I had to keep myself in top physical condition. Over that time I developed a simple, effective, and time efficient physical training system to keep me ready for any challenge. This is not a standard military fitness system, bodybuilding, or a sports conditioning program. The goal of this program is not "Six pack" abs,  to make you a better dancer or grow your hair. Its to help prepare you physically and mentally for the tough real world challenges that are sure to lie ahead for all of us.
