My favorite Santa stories come from our family traditions, which I started with our three daughters. Santa writes notes about the gifts he leaves. These notes are hand written with graphic/font designs that the elves and I slaved over. By the way, we can't find a publisher for our typeface. During his visit Santa eats a few cookies, drinks a little milk, and feeds carrots to his reindeer. He makes a habit of leaving some carrot behind as a calling card. Interestingly, the remaining carrot bits are gnawed, chewed, roughed-up. Each Christmas morning arguments bubble up among family members about how the carrots could get mangled so. Two views always survive with no clear winner: the reindeer or the garbage disposal. Believe, man, believe.
