Patrick Erwin's Biography

I'm a freelance writer whose work has been published in local and regional newspapers and magazines here in the Midwest. For a time, I was a staff writer for the Web site CareerBuilder.com. 

My main topics of interest when I'm writing: pop culture, social media, history, genealogy, LGBT issues, music, film and television. (Hey, I write what I know!) 

I returned to the halls of higher education in 2011 - which has been a transformative experience.
