Pamela Ferris-Olson is an award-winning freelance writer and photographer. She has worked for nearly two decades as a freelance journalist. Pam has spent her life observing human behavior and been fortunate to do this on five continents. She is currently working on a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change at Antioch University. Her areas of interest are women, leadership, and intergenerational communication. Pam hopes to enhance positive communication across generations. Pam believes that individuality can be life-enriching not a limiting experience.
