Giving to Strangers
Blog Post by Naseem Rakha - Dec.16.2012 - 10:33 am
Very early yesterday morning, December 15, four trucks loaded to the brim with clothes and food made their way across the ice-covered Government Pass to the Warm Springs Indian Reservation. We arrived at 8 am, and set up the Agency Longhouse with tables filled with food and clothes. The generous outpouring of support and concern filled our hearts.
Thank you to each of you who contributed either by giving money, clothes or food, or by sharing the article Homeless on the Reservation. You have made a difference.
