As I look at the calendar, I realize that it is my two-year BC-anniversary at www.bookcrossing.com today. I can't tell you how many rabcks (random acts of BookCrossing kindness) or book-rings that I have participated in, and most importantly, how much fun I have being a participant there. I just know that I have expanded my reading base as well as having gotten to know quite a few (reading) friends throughout the world because of the website. As such, I will have a special small stone for my NaSmaStMo (or a river of stones blog) for today's entry, the 20th, which is about BookCrossing.com. I will also have my small stone for the 19th as well, which is as follows:
scarlet holly berries burn brightly despite fresh snow covering its leaves
(subject, of course, to possible polishing and shaping).
And for my second BC-anniversary, my small stone, composed at the keyboard, is as follows:
friends worldwide who love reading as much as I, all sharing their love of books with the world
To all my bookcrossing friends, I dedicate this blog post to you.
