My passions are reading, travel and writing. I love to read mystery novels so of course I love writing them. "Murder in a Teacup" won the California Writer's Club Jack London Award. Solstice Publishing released my novel, "Murder Down Under" in print, e-book and audio format. Solstice also released my latest novel, "Murder Casts a Spell" in print and e-book format. Find all my novels on Amazon.com. I set my novels in the countries I visit. I’m working on my fifth mystery novel set in Paris, France.
A transplant from the beautiful state of Idaho, I’ve lived most of my life on the majestic Pacific coast. After graduating from San Francisco State University I studied at the University of Nice in France. I have a Masters in French literature and a Masters in Administration. I’ve taught college French and worked as a school principal. I am a member of Mystery Writers of America and I sit on the Central Board of California Writers Club.
I started writing in seventh grade at St. Mary’s Cathedral School under the tutelage of Sister Delores Marie who told me I had talent. I believed her and have been writing ever since.
I’m excited about joining Red Room because of the wonderful opportunities I will have to meet and share ideas with other authors. I also consider membership an opportunity to broaden my knowledge about good literature.
My hobbies and interests are travel, writing, reading and gardening.
