Poem
Oct.28.2012
Don’t tell me lies,
though the truth may hurt.
You aren’t doing me a favor.
You aren’t sparing my feelings.
You are sparing yourself,
at my expense.
And you hurt me more.
Don’t keep me on the hook.

Jul.06.2012
I’m bound.

I want to let them fly,
Release them without a sound,
Instead I cradle them with a sigh.
My mind is like the shore.
Thoughts...

The Silent Treatment
A voice speaks
No one answers
A letter written
There’s no reply
A text sent
No words return
What did I do?
nothing
What did I say?
nothing
What’s wrong?
