The American Library of Poetry had included his poems in their sought after collections of 200 poets chosen from among 2 million poets around the world.
He writes in English, Hindi, Urdu and Marathi. He has authored about a dozen books for children on varied topics ranging from religion and poetry to fantasy.
He was awarded the Outstanding Achievement in Poetry Silver Award twice and was also nominated for the Poet of the Year Award in 2004 and 2005.
His poems have been published in Indian as well as foreign magazines.
Illness: 
In March 2010, he was diagnosed with Blood Cancer(Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). After a duel of months, he survived the disease. Back to normal life, he continues writing.
He is currently pursuing his Bachelors in English Literature and Psychology from the University of Mumbai.
