A New Year

Happy New Year! I know I'm late, but I've been getting my house in order. That began with a new blog, Wagadu (http://www.mvmediaatl.com/Wagadu/) I got rid of my old blog and my forum and started the new blog with the idea of being more active. So far I have and the responses have been good, too. I'm also working to make Meji Book One and Book Two available on Amazon and B&N online. I should have that accomplished by the end of February. This distribution program also gives me access to Ingram and Baker and Taylor. I have a number of bookstores waiting to purchase both books as well as quite a few local libraries. Teachers see the saga of the Twins as a good way to introduce their students to African history. I won't disagree because that was my plan. It's nice to see it working.

2010 is also the year of Changa. My 15th century Swahili adventerer will enter the scene in May (hopefully) and garner the same interest and praise the Meji books have (hopefully). Changa is a four book series that will take its readers on adventures throughout Africa, Asia, Europe and Central America. It's part historical fiction and part fantasy. If all goes as plan there will be a few Changa prequel stories floating around as well.

I have a few more projects planned but whether or not they get done depends on how Meji and Changa perform. Wish me luck!
