Fascinating listening to the Monday morning meeting and watching the notes being posted. The exchanges are so often about the language.
What do you mean by this acronym? I thought it means that? The acronym means both. Which do we mean here?

When is release date? Which release date do you mean when you're talking about release dates? Just to be clear we're talking about releasing Q2 2013. Very late Q2 2013. June 30th. Isn't there a June 31st?

There is the "job language" and then there is a shorthand language that seems to evolve over time as well.
The world of work can be fascinating from a anthropologic point of view. I tend to think along those lines at every staff meeting to keep from dozing off!

And each meeting has its own rules, language and becking order. I used to do many, many exercises and showed videos to teach people how to understand meeting dynamics. Now I need to refresh myself!
